Shannon Costigan, Ph.D.

Shannon Costigan completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan in 2006. In 2005, she participated in the Facilitator Development Program with McKinsey & Company. Shannon has worked with a variety of clients in corporate and community settings and practiced as a psychologist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto.
She has lectured at universities and colleges across the country and was cross appointed to the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. Her work has primarily focused on shifting mindsets and behaviours with individual and groups and large scale behavioural change. She has extensive experience in staff development, creating and implementing structured change programs, and project management. She joined the Office of Strategic Management within the Bank of Montreal in Performance Delivery in September, 2007.
She was head of Orientation Programming for the Advanced Leadership and Managerial Development Program with the Institute for Learning and began work as the Sr. Campus Recruitment Partner, Student & Graduate Strategies in January, 2011. She is actively involved in charitable work in the community with her primary focus being the Bay Street Hoops Basketball Tournament which has raised over 2.5 million dollars for children’s charities in Toronto.

Graham Donald is Canada’s leading expert on campus recruiting and career services management.
Over the past 20 years he has advised dozens of the country’s major employers and developed a national network of university and college clients. In the past several years he has worked with numerous US employers and colleges as well.
As a co-author of the annual From Learning to Work Report, Canada’s benchmark study of student attitudes towards careers and employers, he has developed a unique understanding of tomorrow’s workforce. He uses this expertise and his extensive experience in the campus recruitment marketplace to advise major employers when developing programs to attract, recruit, retain, and manage new student hires.
His primary role as a consultant with career centres and other student services is to facilitate the strategic planning process or external reviews to help support student engagement and success.
He was Executive Director of the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers (CACEE) for seven years. In 1996, he conceived and launched Campus WorkLink, which quickly became Canada’s largest job posting site for students and graduates. Campus WorkLink was sold to Workopolis.com in 2001 where he worked as part of the senior management team until starting Brainstorm Strategy Group, Inc. in 2003.
Through Brainstorm Strategy Group, Inc., he has developed a series of Campus Recruiting Forums in cities across North America for employers of post-secondary students and graduates. He also created The Canadian Institute for Career Centre Management – a management training program for campus career centre directors – and the Career Services Summit for leaders of campus career centres. More recently, he launched the Strategic Enrolment Marketing & Management Forum (SEMM Forum).
Earlier in his career, he was owner and president of Turl Street Publications Ltd.; a founding director of the Career Edge National Internship Program; and a founder, past president, and life member of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Canada. He is also a former owner and director of a children’s canoe tripping camp, Camp Temagami. He received both his BA and MBA from the University of Toronto.
Darren Evans

Darren started his career in London, UK where he worked his way up through the ranks in advertising, branding and marketing agencies. After moving to Canada in 1999 he joined TMP Worldwide as National Creative Director and Senior Brand Consultant before taking the helm as Director of RIM Brand at Research In Motion.
Darren’s experience has included developing brand architectures and assets for CMHC, Canon Canada, RIM, RBC, CPP (HSBC), Converse UK, CNT, UK, McGill University and Kinross Gold Corporation.
Darren believes in a holistic approach to building brands – focusing on both the internal and external expressions of a brand. This belief, along with his experience on both the agency and client side of the equation and strong creative thinking gives Darren a unique perspective on what brands need to succeed.
Darren is passionate about branding and has shared these insights with audiences across Canada for the HRPA, IPMA, and Brainstorm Strategy Group.
Meghan (Holmberg) Smith

With a passion for finding top talent and developing them to their full potential, Meghan (Holmberg) Smith is an experienced and dedicated HR Professional with 10+ years experience in the Technology, Manufacturing, Entertainment and Oil and Gas Industries. Meghan has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University and began her career in Toronto as a technical recruiter. She then moved on to pursue broader interests as a generalist and consultant gaining experience in mergers and acquisitions, benefits and compensation, employee relations supporting multiple lines of business, HRIS and ATS management, and for the last 6 years has been specializing in Talent Management.
Over the last 9 years Meghan has enjoyed learning the intricacies of the Oil and Gas Industry and is the Head of Graduate Resourcing and Development for Direct Energy. Meghan has built a world class Leadership Development Program from the ground up, that is highly sought after by students globally. This award winning Program boasts impressive attraction, diversity, engagement and retention metrics and has been ranked in the top 20 Leadership Development Programs by Leadership Excellence Magazine (2008 – 2011) and has been awarded the Excellence in Innovation – Leadership Development by the CACEE Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers (2011).
Lisa Kramer

Lisa Kramer is the Canada Campus Recruiting lead at Accenture, a leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. She is responsible for leading the company’s effort to source and secure top undergraduates and MBAs for full-time and internship consulting career opportunities in Canada.
During her 15-year career in corporate and campus recruiting, Ms. Kramer has hired thousands of students and seen many changes in how students apply to positions, how employers interact with students and how social media is changing the game. As an effective practitioner of social media, she regularly uses digital communication tools such as blogs and Twitter to share career advice, optimize Accenture’s position as a top employer and build relationships at campuses across Canada.
In addition, she takes the opportunity to continually build her network, connecting with students, campus faculty and recruiting industry peers at numerous events and speaking engagements throughout the year.
Ms. Kramer is an active member of the Canadian Association of Career Educators & Employers (CACEE) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo.
When she is not busy crisscrossing the country in search of top student talent, Ms. Kramer can often be found running, participating on Accenture community teams in support of various charities, and spending time with her husband and two young daughters.

Isabelle Morin, CA, M.Sc., CHRP

Isabelle graduated from Sherbrooke University in 1999 with a Master’s degree in Financial Accounting and started working at KPMG in October of that year. After beginning her career in the Audit practice and obtaining her CA, Isabelle joined the HR team as a Human Resources Business Consultant for the Audit practice in Montreal. In February 2006, Isabelle took on a new role as the Senior Manager responsible for National Campus Recruitment. She was responsible for the overall development, implementation and coordination of the campus recruitment strategy, programs and initiatives for the firm. In May of 2009, Isabelle obtained her CHRP.
Isabelle directed the strategy and programs for KPMG’s Employer Branding team which developed programs and strategy to attract the best candidate. In addition to her role on the Talent Attraction team, Isabelle was also on the board member of the KPMG Foundation.
Isabelle is currently the Group Manage- Campus Recruiting for Target Canada where she designs the Campus entry strategy in Canada.

Chelsea Newton is a dynamic and engaging talent consultant and professional speaker. Louis Vong

A 14+ year veteran of the advertising and marketing industry, Mr. Vong first cut his teeth in the agency world at shops such as Cole & Weber, DDB Needham, and Austin Knight before joining TMP Worldwide in early 2000. In his current role, he is responsible for keeping TMP at the forefront of interactive innovation and emergent technologies as well as working closely with clients to deliver engaging and user-centric digital campaigns. He is also a member and co-chair of TMP Labs, TMP Worldwide’s internal think tank, tasked with development of next-generation recruiting strategies and tools.
