Regular Registration Rate: Feb. 25th – Apr. 11th $545
Late Registration Rate: After Apr. 11th $595

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be provided within three weeks of the Forum. Cancellations three weeks or more before the Forum date will be refunded less a $100 administration fee.
