University Relations with Kiewit Corporation 00:15:34 Nicole Ramirez: Hi Everyone - Nicole Ramirez, Conagra Brands campus recruiting 00:16:51 Caitlin Gangi: Hi Tori!!! :) 00:17:01 Tori Tanner: Hi!! 00:23:20 KATE SPARANO: what does "offering an alternative learning experience" mean? 00:27:09 Mary Scott: Brand impact will map to how students are treated by employers, not the circumstances 00:27:40 Tim Krenz: Agreed @Mary Scott! 00:29:47 Kelly Hart: Curious to hear what employers are having issues with Zoom due to security and if they are hoping to overcome those issues by Fall. ..With so many universities looking to Zoom for virtual events. 00:35:45 Nina Bernardi: For the internships that are becoming 100% virtual and more training based, are they still being offered as paid internships (since the interns will not be "working")? 00:38:03 Jessica Zorola: Question: Will virtual internships be focused on specific deliverables (versus other direct service training) to assess matching to an employer's talent pipeline? 00:44:54 Kirby Miles: Kathleen- How long do you give your interns to accept or decline your full-time offer? 00:45:35 Stefani Coleman: For KPMG - how were you able to guarantee FT offers to all interns prior to knowing their work performance, etc.? Essentially, how did you make that business case? 00:45:54 Stefani Coleman: Also for KPMG - how much did you bump up their pay? (percentage wise) 00:48:40 Kelly Hart: Right now, even if we are back it would be no event above 50 attendees. So virtual fairs will likely be the case 00:49:00 Leah Cochran: How are these shortened internship programs going to work for those students who were counting on a certain number of hours worked to transfer into college credits? 00:49:30 Caitlin Gangi: How are folks thinking about super days and final rounds? 00:53:05 Kathleen Schaum: a few questions were raised for KPMG. We have not yet extended the official full time offer. We are gathering some details from the students such as confirming graduation dates, preferred locations etc. We are also still working through compensation. We expect to extend the offers in the next couple of months and they would likely have similar time to accept as we traditionally provide. For the business case, the intern candidates go through the same evaluative process as our full time candidates as the program is primarily a recruiting pipeline for us. Historically about 95% of our interns get full time offers so the business was willing to risk having a small % of interns getting offers that may not historically have. 00:55:20 Erin Fairman: Yes! Students are high tech and high touch. 00:56:56 Kelly Hart: What are the best recommendations folks have for how to best support our May 2019 grads. knowing their spring recruitment was cut short. Are recruiters open to getting direct referrals? Would recruiters be open to allowing May 2019 grad into the fall fairs, virtual or not? 01:02:08 Kelly Hart: Thanks Graham, I did mean Spring 2020 :) 01:05:21 Sean Lynott: Great content once again!
