​The SEMM Conference will take place at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront, conveniently located just 20 minutes from the Halifax Stanfield International Airport.

Our special group hotel room rate is $249 plus HST and is available on a limited basis until March 15, 2027 for rooms booked from April 4 to April 7, 2027. Pre-and post-rooms are available upon request from April 1st through to the 11th.

Parking

Overnight parking for guests is $27.00 per car per night. For non-overnight guests is $4.50 per 60 minutes to a daily maximum of $36.00 with a lost ticket.

Parking is not owned or managed by the Halifax Marriott, and rates are subject to change without notice at any time.

We are in the process of obtaining promotional codes for flights booked via WestJet. Please check back for updated group discount details. Flair Airlines and Porter Airlines both fly to Halifax, NS; however, the airlines only provide group discounts for 10+ people travelling together on the same itinerary.

• Dietary Needs: Most King William restaurants are very accommodating. The Mule is a safe haven for Gluten-Free diners!

The King William "Restaurant Row" (5-Minute Walk)

Walk East on King St and turn left on King William. This street is the city's premier dining hub.

• The Mule: A lively, high-energy spot for gourmet tacos. Bonus: The entire menu is 100% gluten-free.
• Berkeley North: Sophisticated West-Coast-inspired dishes and incredible cocktails. Perfect for a quiet professional dinner.
