Is This Workshop Series the Right Fit?
While we welcome all recruitment enthusiasts, this series is intentionally designed for:
- The Rising Recruiter: Ideally those with 0–2 years (or 1–3 cycles) of experience who want to move from "learning the ropes" to "strategic conversion."
- The Fresh Perspective: Seasoned professionals in new roles who want to modernize or consider possible ways to adjust their current toolkit.
- The Unified Team: Managers and their direct reports who want to establish a shared language and a consistent "playbook" for the upcoming cycle.
*Note: If you’ve been working in recruitment for 5+ years, you may find the foundational elements too familiar. This program prioritizes the tactical "how-to" for those building their career foundation. If this is you, you may be interested in our Strategic Domestic Student Recruitment program.
4.3 out of 5 stars
In 2025, the workshop series was rated 4.3 out of 5 by professionals who had 5 years of experience or less
with a primary work role in Indigenous, domestic and/or international student recruitment.
Certificate of Completion
Attendees who actively contribute to each week’s discussion board and fully complete the online private workbook to deepen their learning will be awarded a digital certificate of completion upon fulfilling all program requirements. This credential recognizes their commitment and engagement, and can be added to professional portfolios, LinkedIn profiles, and resumes as a testament to their newly acquired skills and knowledge.
