Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives require more than policies—they demand sustained organizational commitment, cultural transformation, and time. Successful DEI efforts go beyond being a checkbox or afterthought; they are an ongoing process that shapes how we work, lead, and innovate.

Research shows that workplaces genuinely embracing DEI foster greater productivity, innovation, and meaningful engagement among employees and clients. This interactive workshop will empower leaders to integrate DEI principles into their everyday roles by exploring:

  • Building a Diverse Team: Strategies for recruiting and retaining talent that enriches your work culture.
  • Fostering an Inclusive Culture: How to support and sustain equity and inclusion within your team and organization.
  • Using a DEI Lens: Tools to design and evaluate programs and services that reflect DEI values and meet diverse needs.

Join us to learn how to lead with intention, create impactful change, and champion DEI in your organization and beyond.

"This is an excellent program that provides many opportunities to go beyond acquiring knowledge. It is delivered by leaders and professionals in the trenches, doing the work - in other words, it is applied learning. It was also a wonderful opportunity to connect with peers in the field. I feel this experience has elevated my potential as a leader and I now have a robust roadmap to implement the many valuable things I learned."

"The Academy was a great learning experience and provided me with practical tools to think about how we can move our department forward. There was an opportunity to learn from experts, share with colleagues, and reflect on your own leadership practice and program. The most helpful aspect was the ability to set goals and to carve out dedicated time to think critically through learning different perspectives. It helped build confidence to step into my new role."
