We know how frustrating it can be to compete with employers who seem to have it all figured out.
This concise program will enable you to build an action plan for success and hire students with greater confidence.
We’ve helped employers of all sizes in every industry:
Our goal is to give you the confidence, knowledge, and tactics required to successfully attract the student talent your organization needs.
The problem is that there is very little training available that stays current with today’s best practices. We believe that successful student hiring is more complex than many people think. We understand that you probably haven’t had the training and development you need.
That’s why we have developed this program for those with less experience in campus recruiting.
If you’ve had more than a few weeks and less than two years of experience, this program is for you. (If you’ve worked for years in talent acquisition, but not in student recruitment, then this program is for you too.)
Through this program, you’ll gain confidence in your approach and have a plan to dramatically improve your return on investment on campus.

Program & Schedule
When it comes to hiring students, “learning by doing” has its limits. Campus Recruitment Essentials is a concise program designed to fill in the gaps in any recruiter's training.
We built the program for full-time campus recruiters with less than two years of experience and those who are involved in campus recruiting as part of their other responsibilities.
The program features three, 2-hour interactive sessions presented live online over three weeks. Weekly sessions will include opportunities for participants to reflect on their learning, take part in small group discussions, meet with their peers, and complete self-guided learning and assignments. To view the program learning outcomes please visit the FAQs section.
In addition to the 2-hour sessions, participants will have roughly an hour per week of “homework” that will include participating in online discussion topics, connecting with peers, and reviewing templates and resources.
All participants will be supported via a dedicated web portal to access educational materials, connect with peers, post and comment on coursework, discuss topics of interest, and share best practices and information throughout the program.
All 2-hour sessions will be recorded and made available for review for 6 months after the completion of the program.
