The event is taking place at Harvard University at the Gutman Conference Center (lower level of the Monroe C. Gutman Library), located within the Harvard Graduate School of Education, 6 Appian Way, Cambridge, MA 02138.
Directions
Because parking is scarce in Harvard Square, the best way to travel to the Gutman Conference Center is via the "T" (Boston's subway). The Conference Center is a short three-block walk from the Harvard Square "T" Station, which is on the "Red Line." The "T" is a bargain (MBTA Fare Prices).
However, if you need to drive, we have information about driving directions and parking.
Accommodations
There is no official hotel for the conference, delegates are welcome to choose a location that suits their needs. A list of nearby hotels can be found here.

Registration
No refunds will be provided within three weeks of The Academy. Cancellations three weeks or more before the event date will be refunded less a $100 administration fee.
Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no cost up to three weeks before the event date.
