Listening for Understanding When You Have Lots to Do

We talk to people all day but how do we make sure we really hear them? In this session we’ll talk about and try out active listening technique for improving verbal and non verbal communication, including staying present when you have a million things to do, changing hats depending on who you are talking to, prioritizing by nipping and pruning and making sure you look after yourself in difficult conversations.
